The #KutchiDabeli is made of Pav with a potato, peanut and pomegranate stuffing. Make this #Dabeli at home and serve it hot. Do try it out and share your feedback with us!  Dabeli Recipe:  Dabeli Masala:  Coriander Seeds - 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp Black Peppercorns - ½ tsp Bay Leaf - 2 nos Clove  - 4 nos Cinnamon - 2 Inch Black Cardamom - 1 no Dessicated Coconut - 2 tbsp Salt - ½ tsp Sugar - 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder - ¼ tsp Dried Kashmiri Red Chilli - 4 nos Chaat Masala - 1 ½ tsp Dry Ginger Powder - ½ tsp Nutmeg Powder - A Pinch  Preparation:   Tamarind Chutney  - ¼ Cup Fine Sev - ½ Cup Onion (finely chopped) - 1 no Coriander Leaves (finely chopped) - ¼ Cup Roasted Peanuts  - ½ Cup Oil - 2 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp + ½ tsp Salt - 1 tsp + A Pinch Potato (boiled) - 4 nos Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp Pav Bread  - 12 nos. Pomegranate - 1 no Ghee - As Needed  Cooking Instructions:  1. Dry roast the ingredients for the masala, except the powdered spices, salt and sugar.  2. Once they are aromatic, transfer them to a mixer grinder and add all the powdered spices, salt and sugar.  3. Blend to a fine powder and set it aside.  4. For preparing the mixture, mash the boiled potatoes and set them aside.  5. In a pan, heat oil and add the potato mixture, spice mix, salt and red chilli powder.  6. Add ¼ Cup of tamarind chutney and mix well to combine. Add the lemon juice and mix well.  7. To make the masala peanuts, heat oil in a pan and fry the peanuts for a minute. Switch off the flame and transfer to a bowl, sprinkle with red chilli powder and a pinch of salt.  8. To assemble the dabeli, cut and toast the pav with ghee on the inside, spread some of the tamarind chutney on one side and place the potato filling.   9. Top with chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves, pomegranate, fine sev and masala peanuts. Close the pav.   10. Top with some ghee and fry on a tava for a minute or two.  11.
